ToneMatic is made from a real, working rotary phone. We gut it, and rebuild the inside with modern technology. Guests pick up the phone, listen to the greeting, and leave their message. It’s a simple concept, that everybody understands.

(on the inside)

On the inside, Tonematic is far from retro. It's where the magic happens, it’s the Brain. Messages are processed in real time on the phone. Every message left, is saved as its own voicemail file. You can listen to and download messages, upload custom greetings via Tonematic browser interface.

Features

Tonematic runs off a USB C. A 20,000 mah battery pack will be enough to power the phone for approx 15 hours.
Connect and configure your Tonematic over WiFi in the office or when at events. A convenient way to upload greetings, playback messages and keep an eye on things.
Messages are processed in real time on the phone. Every message left, is saved as its own voicemail file.
Configure all the settings of your Tonematic via a web browser. Switch greetings, and tones, set file name prefixes and enable external speakers.
Listen to messages directly through the web interface. Download and delete individual messages, or all at once.
Play a warning tone or message to let guests know that their time is almost up, and then another once their time has been exceeded.

Swapable

The GPO Retro shells can be switched over on the Tonematic Brain. Just loosen the four screws on the bottom, switch handsets over, and change over the shell… and you have a brand new phone! Available in 10 bold, retro pop colours!

WaveForm

Batch convert your voicemail messages to a branded mp4 video format. Perfect for sharing online. You can choose your background artwork, and the colour of your waveform animation. Apps for both Mac and Windows are included in the Starter Kit.
